It appears as though our web designers will be launching the site very shortly. They stated "by the end of the month for sure". We are all very excited for the launch and hope that http://adamouski.com really does launch as they say it will. We are sorry for past inconvenience.
side note: We would love for your work to be on our blog! This opportunity is for all artists. Let adamouskicompetitions@gmail know that you would like an image of your work on the blog and they will do it for you.
Have a lovely day!
Director and Organizer
Adamouski Institution
An International art competition for all emerging artists. We will forever promote the visual individual. We will also be representing artists as the competition moves forward year after year. The Top ten artists of the year will be posted on this blog, as well as on the Adamouski website.
Adamouski's list of artists
Information regarding the competition
The top 30 applicants will be featured on our site. First, second, and third place winners will be rewarded a cash prize. A guaranteed total of 1500 dollars will increase after 50 applications have entered into our competition. In other words... More applicants= more prize money for all artists. We will also have guest collectors who will be sitting in on the judging. These are collectors who have a big interest in emerging artists. The panel of jurors are selected by the Organizer and are of high ranks within the New York City arts region.
Our mission is to provide artists with direct opportunity, we being artists as well do not appreciate the current art world situation... Meaning, we are opposed to greedy galleries and high fees when applying for competitions and exhibitions. Our staff is fully committed to finding different ways that collectors, gallery directors , and museums can contact artists directly. By being a member and applicant of our competition you can be one of the artists that we can help, and by being one of our members you can be a part of The Adamouski revolution. Only artists deserve the chance to change the way art is positioned in the world.
